This is a used it is a bead breaking tool to break down a tire – I have not cleaned it up – previous owner cleaned it up and wanted to put it back to work – it has a marking or maker mark hard to read – it has been used – look at the pictures closely to see the condition – all it needs is a handle and you could put it back to work.
