25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm male + female dimple dies. Swap in the dimple dies and draw the flare with the driver/press (or a vise with the correct hole size). Punch the pilot hole with your knockout set.
These dies create an 1/4″ 45 degree flange. They are engineered to work best with 18G sheet steel. These dies are additively manufactured from Polylactic Acid (PLA). This material allows the dies to be non-marring.
