These adaptors are for use with a Torque wrench when dealing with inaccessible applications. the drive is 3/8sq and the centre to centre length is 50.8 mm (2.0 in). NB: Torque wrench settings will need to be modified taking into account the increased centre to centre length.
Due to the quality of the Steels the sockets are thin walled for good access and will not stretch or slip under very high loads. Picture below shows details of the AS Drive System which exerts the force on the flat and not on the corners.
